How to read Flow Data Charts
1. Heavy precipitation or snow melt causes stream to rise and current to increase as a result water is flowing at a high rate of speed creating muddy conditions results in poor fishing.

2. The stream begins to decline and current speed settles, the sediment that caused the muddy water settles and the water takes on a "green" stain results in moderate fishing.

3. Most of the dirt and debris should be flushed out or settled to the bottom leaving streams in the best fishing condition.

4. Low and clear conditions resulting in moderate fishing.
